- Handling full set of management account for dormant companies and semi actives companies. Preparing quarterly finalising management account and consolidated report.- Preparing journal voucher and internal memo for all assigned companies.- Maintaining fixed asset register for semi actives companies.- Preparing bank reconciliation and intercompanies reconciliation. Liaise with auditors to prepare audit queries, reviewing and drafting audit report.- Liaise with tax agents and preparing tax queries, yearly tax computation and Form C.- Upated monthly cash flow and bank balance . Any other adhoc task assigned by Manager
