Role Description

This is a part time role for a Content Moderator – Kids' Platform (Arabic Speaker). The Content Moderator will be responsible for analyzing and moderating content, providing customer service and technical support, and conducting training sessions. They will ensure a safe and engaging online environment for young Arabic-speaking users.

Role Details

  • Location: Work From Home (preferably based in Malaysia)
  • Working Hours: 20 hours per week (flexible schedule)
  • Contract: 1-year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Moderate and review content on children’s learning apps to ensure it meets platform guidelines.
  • Evaluate learning materials for age-appropriateness and educational value.
  • Provide feedback to improve the quality and safety of the platform.
  • Work independently while maintaining regular communication with the team.

Requirements:

  • Languages: Fluent in Arabic, English and Bahasa.
  • Experience: 2-3 years in an educational role, such as a home tutor, teacher, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of children’s learning needs and educational tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to ensure content is child-friendly.
