HR Operations Specialist (Leading E-Commerce Company)

Salary: RM 3,000

Location: Bangsar South

Working Hours: Monday - Friday

*Responsibilities*

- Support HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle, such as onboarding, offboarding, employee movements, benefits, insurance, claims, and work visa formalities.

- Receive, analyze, and process requests through multiple channels (ticketing system, email, chat), ensuring accurate and timely execution of tasks.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to ensure requests are completed on time and correctly.

- Ensure data quality and integrity, in compliance with company guidelines and data privacy regulations.

- Deliver high-quality customer service and meet defined KPIs and SLAs.

- Foster a customer-first approach by taking ownership of issues and anticipating needs.

- Contribute to the improvement of HR service performance and share knowledge within the team.

- Assist in training and support new team members.

*Requirements*

- Minimum 1-year experience in HR services/operations (candidates with more experience may be considered for senior roles).

- Strong attention to detail and a customer service mindset.

- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to change.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Willingness to work on public holidays (rotational basis) to support other countries in the region.
