Retail Executive

Job Descriptions:

· Greet and assist customer with product selection, providing detailed information on products and promotions to ensure a positive shopping experience.

· Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including arranging and restocking shelves.

· Support in executing in-store promotions, products display and marketing activities.

· Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and process payments accurately.

· Handling complains or concerns from clients in a professional and empathetic manner, and escalating issues to higher management if necessary.

· Ensure compliance with company procedures and policies.

· Able to work well under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and prioritize customer satisfaction.

· Assis in store opening and closing procedures, as required.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business, Retail Management or a related field.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English (Both spoken and written).
• Self-motivated and able to work independently. Well organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage.
• Able to think analytically and resolve problems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Retail: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• Bahasa (Preferred)
• English (Preferred)
