    -Perform the daily accounting operational duties such as account receivable, account payable, payments verification and general ledger entries. -⁠Ensure all accounting records are accurately updated and maintained in the accounting system. -Ensure compliance with company policies for accounting systems, practices, controls, and procedures. -Perform rental collections, payments and credit related activities. -To key in accounts related transactions into accounting report. -Provide support on daily accounting tasks. -To handle correspondence with tenants, landlords and suppliers. -Process invoices accurately and efficiently. -Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital. -To undertake any and all others duties and responsibilities as assigned by Superior.
