We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Senior Executive ( Foreign Worker Management) to manage the recruitment of foreign workers and serve as a key liaison with with government departments like immigration, labor offices, and other regulatory bodies. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of HR processes, recruitment regulations, and government compliance standards related to foreign labor in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for foreign workers, ensuring compliance with Malaysian labor laws.
  • Serve as the primary contact for government departments such as the Immigration Department, Ministry of Human Resources, and other relevant authorities.
  • Manage and coordinate the submission of required documentation for work permits, visa applications, and other approvals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of foreign labor policies and implement best practices in recruitment management.
  • Handle inquiries and communication between stakeholders, including recruitment agencies, government offices, and internal teams.
  • Ensure timely processing of applications and renewals to minimize delays or disruptions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a related role. Experience in foreign worker management is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, immigration processes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
