A Junior Recruiter to join the People & Culture team! Your role will be to source and identify talent to join our ever growing team across Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand.


About the job

  • Help us scale and grow our headcount and assist in the full-cycle recruitment process
  • Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
  • Screen CVs and interview qualified candidates, sell BigPay as an employer
  • Drive the offer process
  • Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience; even those who were unsuccessful - give them the best possible experience
  • Collaborate with the wider People team so everything from contracts, visas, background checks and onboarding happen like clockwork for your candidates

  • Proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic high-growth environment with aggressive timelines
  • You’ll be a confident communicator and have the ability to interact at all levels.
  • You understand how best to adapt your approach to your audience
