The Business Development Executive / Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the enterprise sales team in acquiring new clients and driving revenue growth. This entry to mid-level role involves prospecting, lead generation, and assisting with the sales process for enterprise accounts. The Business Developement Executive / Assistant Manager will work closely with senior sales team members, gaining valuable experience in enterprise-level sales strategies and processes. Key Responsibilities:
1) Lead Generation & Prospecting
a) Identify and research potential enterprise clients in targeted industries.
b) Generate leads through cold calling, emailing, social media, and networking.
c) Qualify inbound leads and pass them on to senior sales team members for further engagement.
2) Sales Process Support
a) Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts for enterprise clients.
b) Help coordinate and schedule client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
c) Track and manage sales activities in the CRM system.
3) Client Engagement
a) Support in building relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise-level organizations.
b) Serve as a secondary point of contact for clients during the sales process.
c) Gather client feedback and provide it to internal teams to refine offerings.
4) Pipeline Management
a) Assist the sales team in managing and updating the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.
b) Help to ensure accurate forecasting by maintaining up-to-date records in the CRM.
5) Client Relationship Management
a) Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and C-level executives in target enterprise accounts.
b) Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
c) Ensure ongoing client satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
6) Collaboration
a) Work closely with business operations, B2C sales and marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure a seamless sales process and strong client experience.
b) Collaborate with the enterprise sales team to strategize on account management and growth opportunities.
7) Sales Reporting & Analysis
a) Support the creation of sales reports and analysis of key performance metrics.
b) Help identify trends in the sales pipeline and suggest strategies for improvement.
Requirements:
1) Experience:
a) For Cadet Enterprise Sales Associate positions, fresh graduates (diploma or degree) are encourage to apply.
b) For Enterprise Sales Associate positions, 1 or more years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, inside sales, or business development is a plus but not required.
c) Previous experience working with enterprise-level clients is a plus but not required.
d) Previous enterprise sales experience in related commercial property services industry such parking equipment systems & services, security services & security systems, cleaning services, pest control & hygiene services, or others is a plus but not required.
2) Skills:
a) Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
b) Ability to multitask and manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
c) Familiarity with CRM systems.
d) Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential enterprise clients.
3) Education:
a) Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, IT or a related field (or equivalent experience).
