Job Description:

The Sales and Service Consultant at Peak Fitness plays a vital role in driving membership growth and ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients. This position requires a dynamic individual with a passion for health and fitness, excellent communication skills, and a strong customer service orientation.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

Actively engage with potential members to promote Peak Fitness memberships and services.

Conduct tours of the facility to showcase amenities and available programs.

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective lead generation, follow-up, and closing techniques.

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to foster loyalty and retention.

Customer Service:

Provide exceptional service to members and prospects, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.

Assist members in setting and reaching their fitness goals by promoting relevant programs and services.

Create a welcoming and positive environment within the gym to enhance the member experience.

Administrative Duties:

Maintain accurate records of membership and service agreements.

Track and report on sales metrics and customer feedback to management.

Assist in organizing and promoting special events and fitness challenges.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with trainers and other staff to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services.

Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Fitness Management, or a related field is a plus.

Proven experience in sales, customer service, or fitness-related roles.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of clients.

Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their wellness goals.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
