- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing merchandise
- Ensure accurate inventory records and stock levels
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the store/warehouse
- Assist customers and answer their inquiries when necessary
- Monitor stock levels and report any discrepancies to the supervisor
- Label and price items accordingly
- Conduct stock checks and participate in stock-taking processes
- Assist in packing and preparing goods for delivery
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
- Basic computer skills, knowledge of inventory software is an advantage
- Ability to organize and manage stock
- Detail-oriented with good time management
- Able to communicate in English
- Physically capable of lifting and moving items
- Prior experience in retail or warehouse environment preferred
