  • Min. education requirement: Certificate or Degree
  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in related field. (as added advantage)
  • Computer Literate and capable of handling paper work
  • Aggressive and committed to work.
  • Can work independently with minimum supervising
  • With good sense of urgency
  • Able to multitask and meet deadline
  • Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicate to work.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Can converse in Mandarin (as added advantage)
  • Able to start immediately or within short notice.

Responsibility

  • Attend to calls and enquiries from client from all levels.
  • Assist to monitor foreign workers permit renewal
  • Assist on foreign worker payroll and working attendance
  • Assist on worker administration support
  • Supports human resources processes by interview, scheduling appointments, conducting orientation, maintaining records and information
  • Assist on administration work, FOMEMA Medical registration
  • Assist on human resources related work on foreign workers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
