Requirements
- Min. education requirement: Certificate or Degree
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in related field. (as added advantage)
- Computer Literate and capable of handling paper work
- Aggressive and committed to work.
- Can work independently with minimum supervising
- With good sense of urgency
- Able to multitask and meet deadline
- Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
- Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicate to work.
- Good communication skills.
- Can converse in Mandarin (as added advantage)
- Able to start immediately or within short notice.
Responsibility
- Attend to calls and enquiries from client from all levels.
- Assist to monitor foreign workers permit renewal
- Assist on foreign worker payroll and working attendance
- Assist on worker administration support
- Supports human resources processes by interview, scheduling appointments, conducting orientation, maintaining records and information
- Assist on administration work, FOMEMA Medical registration
- Assist on human resources related work on foreign workers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
