- Provided support such as guidance, troubleshooting or consultation to dealers and customers on our company Products via Whatsapp, emails and remote access.
- Keeps record of the job performed such as inquiries, complaints, feedback and solution provided.
- Follow up unfinished job from time to time both internally and externally to ensure customer's inquiries does not left unattended.
- Able to work both independently as well as a team.
- Ad-hoc task may be assigned by team leaders from time to time if required.
- At least Diploma in IT related courses.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for this position.
- Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Service minded person and patient person.
- Familiar or experienced with accounting system or software support will be an added advantage.
