Requirements:

  • Work-from-Home Opportunity (Attend meeting once a week at Shah Alam)
  • Must have a reliable laptop/desktop and a stable internet connection.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Flexible working hours based on task requirements.
  • Must be available to start early and attend to tasks as needed (Australia market).
  • Experience in short-stay operations (in Australia) is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • To assist in dealing with customer complaints in an effective and courteous manner, providing or seeking solutions for maintenance and repairing as quickly as possible.
  • Getting quotation from contractor for maintenance and repairing then get approval from owner of property before proceed.
  • Cooperate with other operation team to make sure guests get the best service during their stay.
  • Record information in the spreadsheet accordingly
  • Carry out ad-hoc task assigned by Superior or Director(s)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
