Project Coordinator are required to:

Project Planning and Scheduling: Assisting in the development of project plans, timelines, and schedules, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently..

1. Task Management: Overseeing the daily tasks of team members, monitoring their progress, and ensuring that deadlines are met.

2. Budget Management: Assisting with project budgeting, tracking expenses, and ensuring that the project remains within the allocated budget.

3. Risk Management: Identifying potential risks or issues, helping to develop mitigation strategies, and addressing problems as they arise.

4. Reporting and Documentation: Preparing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, schedules, meeting minutes, and project updates.

5. Client and Stakeholder Communication: Acting as the point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, resolving any issues, and addressing their concerns.

6. Quality Assurance: Ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards and are aligned with client expectations and company objectives.

7. Vendor and Resource Management: Coordinating with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.

8. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluating project processes and workflows, recommending improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

9. Compliance and Standards: Ensuring that projects comply with organizational policies, industry standards, and any regulatory requirements.

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- On call

- Weekend jobs

Experience:

Site Supervisor: 3 years (Required)

Project Coordinator: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

CIDB Green Card (Required)
