Job Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of foreign workers work permits, contracts, and other necessary documentation, ensuring compliance with immigration laws and company policies.
- Ensure timely renewal of work permits, fomema arrangement and other required legal documents for foreign workers.
- Coordinate with external agencies and government bodies for the processing of work permits and other legal formalities.
- Assist in addressing any legal or compliance issues related to foreign workers.
- Ensure the onboarding procedures are handled properly, including planning to pick up foreign workers from the airport upon their arrival, conducting briefings on safety and Malaysian culture, and handling medical check-ups, setting bank accounts, etc.
- Handling all matters related to workers’ accommodation such as tenancy agreement, hostel inspection and other hostel related matters in compliance with Workers under Minimum Standards of Housing & Amenities Act and any other government regulations.
- Involved in the management of foreign workers such as disciplinary issues, accommodation arrangement, transport arrangement, compliance and audit, medical check-up, treatments, etc.
- Assist the FW for their holiday back to the source country (Bangladesh)
· Handle uniform matters - collect and consolidate data for the purchase of company uniform based on yearly entitlement.
Job Requirements
· Possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
· At least 2 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduated are welcoming to apply.

· Required skill(s): Honest, dependable and ethical with a positive go getter attitude, ability to work independently with minimum supervision, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time-management abilities and analytical thinking skills
