Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Purpose
To lead and manage the sales team, driving vehicle sales, meeting monthly and annual targets, and fostering customer satisfaction and loyalty. The Sales Manager is responsible for team performance, strategic planning, and ensuring a high level of product knowledge and professionalism within the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership
- Supervise, train, and motivate the Mitsubishi sales team to meet sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, set individual targets, and provide guidance and feedback to team members.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to encourage teamwork and improve team morale.
- Sales Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the Mitsubishi brand.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies effectively.
- Coordinate sales campaigns, promotions, and events to drive showroom traffic and increase customer engagement.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Ensure customer satisfaction by monitoring the sales team’s interactions and following up on customer feedback.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value customers to encourage loyalty and referrals.
- Address escalated customer concerns and provide solutions to enhance the customer experience.
- Operational Oversight
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure a balanced stock of popular Mitsubishi models and work closely with inventory and finance departments to optimize stock rotation.
- Oversee showroom operations, ensuring it is presentable, fully stocked with marketing materials, and meets brand standards.
- Manage the documentation and compliance processes, ensuring all paperwork and legal requirements are completed accurately.
- Performance Reporting
- Track and report on key sales metrics, including sales volumes, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Present sales reports and forecasts to upper management, providing insights on performance and areas for improvement.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to meet ambitious sales targets.
- Customer-Centric: Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Analytical: Ability to analyze data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of handling negotiations and resolving conflicts effectively.
- Driving License: Valid driver’s license.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
