At Algo Forest, we’re passionate about delivering exceptional customer service with a focus on empathy, efficiency, and professionalism. We are seeking dynamic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Relation at our Mercu Aspire office in KLECO City.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats promptly and professionally.
• Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and continuously improve service processes.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Assist in building and refining communication procedures, guidelines, and policies for the team.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (additional qualifications are a plus).
• Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to think quickly on your feet.
• Empathy and patience when dealing with customer concerns.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Basic computer skills (CRM software experience is a plus).

Preferred:

• Ability to speak additional languages is a plus (e.g., Mandarin, Cantonese).
• Previous experience in a call center environment is a bonus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
