Our client is a China data center module company located at Iskandar Puteri.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize company documents in both physical and digital formats.
- Ensure all documents are properly labeled, categorized, and filed for easy access and retrieval.
- Manage document version control to ensure the latest versions are in use.
- Review and check the accuracy and completeness of documents before distribution.
- Coordinate document circulation and ensure proper approval signatures are obtained.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and legal regulations related to document management.
- Monitor and track document status, deadlines, and review periods.
- Provide support for document audits and reviews, ensuring proper document trails.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure documents are updated and maintained regularly.
- Implement and enforce best practices for document control systems.
- Assist in training staff on document management procedures and policies.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive documents and maintain security of company files.
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years experience handling administrative job.
- Required mandarin speaker for effective communication with China team.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Prior experience in a similar document control or administrative role is preferred.
Remuneration:
RM2500-RM3500
