1. Duties And Responsibilities
* Handle general office-related administrative work and generating daily invoice. PO, DO and other related.
* Responsible to customer’s enquiries on company products and services in a timely and proficient manner via phone, fax and email.
* To maintain and upkeep proper filing and proper documentation
* Monitor, update daily schedules/delivery and write report status on daily basis.
* Acknowledge of SQL system is an advantage
