Job Description
- Provide day-to-day administration support to the department.
- Handle documentation, data entry and organize filing system effectively.
- Maintains files and records to ensure all is updated and easily accessible.
- Scan documents for filing onto server.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma, or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates / Entry Level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Possess 1-2 Years of working experience are welcome to apply.
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office and other software.
- Interpersonal Skill & Good communication skill.
- Able to start work immediately will be added advantages.
- Good written & verbal English & Bahasa Malaysia communication skills
- Independent, Organized and able to multi-task.
