Job Description:
1. Explore new customer & handle sales order activities.
2. Handle the shipping/Export document for Export sales.
3. Ensure the goods ordered are delivered on time.
4. Coordinate with respective department to provide post delivery services or after sales service to customer.
5. Handle the customer complaints/feedback activities.
6. Control of NC products, if any reject from customer.
7. Prepare & analyses the Statistical Report based on the Q. Objectives set.
8. Investigate & propose Corrective Action or Initiate Improvement Action as & when required.
9. Report the Sales Performance to the Management Review Meeting.
10. Contribute inputs in the conduct of Risks & Opportunities Assessment.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
Schedule:
