Assistant Supervisor

• Able to oversee the production operations and making the manufacturing remains a smooth and efficient process.
• Work effectively in improving and smooth upgrading of production operation
• Able to ensure all production schedule are met within the plan period.
• Able to identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
• Ensure Quality of product meet standard costumer.
• Planning of production output quantity required by management. (KPI)
• Monitoring of Good's quality according to standard operating procedure
• Worker's Job Allocation according to individual strength and weaknesses / update daily attendance to Manager.
• Machine preventive with maintenance department (schedule)
• Conduct meeting with subordinate fix the quality, productivity and improvement activities for production line.
• Monitor and maintain good 5S practice and production all the time.

REQUIREMENTS

• Preferable with 1-2 years and above working experience in the related filed is required for this position
• Preferable those have experience with Recycle Industries.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Candidates must have the mental toughness, a team player and a self-starter
• Ability to work independently, initiatives and diligently
• Willing to work shift and support overtime work
• Willing to work on Public Holiday
• Can start work immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
