Personal Driver

Job summary:

The Personal Driver will be responsible for safely transporting the CEO to and from various locations, maintaining the assigned vehicle in excellent condition, and ensuring all transportation needs are met promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Driving Duties
• Transport the CEO to meetings, appointments, and other destinations as required, ensuring punctuality and safety at all times.
• Be available for early morning and late-night drives when required, including weekends and holidays, based on the CEO's schedule.
• Familiarize oneself with the best routes and traffic conditions to minimize travel time.
• Vehicle Maintenance
• Ensure the vehicle is always clean, inside and out, and maintained in excellent working condition.
• Conduct routine checks (oil, tire pressure, lights, brakes, etc.) to ensure the vehicle's safety and reliability.
• Report any vehicle issues promptly and arrange for necessary repairs and servicing.
• Administrative Tasks
• Keep a record of all vehicle maintenance, repairs, and fuel expenses.
• Monitor the CEO's schedule to coordinate travel arrangements efficiently.
• Ensure all necessary documentation (vehicle insurance, road tax, etc.) is current and available.
• sometimes need to do some office dispatch works when CEO is travel outstation.
• Confidentiality and Professionalism
• Maintain strict confidentiality about the CEO's personal and professional matters.
• Display a high level of discretion and professionalism when interacting with the CEO, their family, and other stakeholders.
• Compliance
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and guidelines.

Key Requirements

• Education: SPM
• Experience: Minimum [2] years of professional driving experience, preferably as a personal or executive driver with CEO.
• Licenses: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Skills:
• Excellent knowledge of local roads, traffic conditions, and GPS navigation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and adjust to changing schedules.
• Good time management and organizational skills.

Working Hours

Standard hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and working hours starts before and after will be paid as overtime.

Compensation and Benefits

• Basic salary RM2500 to RM2800.
