  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented BIM Modelers to join our team in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating precise and coordinated BIM models for electrical projects using advanced design tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage detailed BIM models for electrical projects using Revit, AutoCAD.
  • Collaborate with architects, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate integration of design concepts and project requirements.
  • Interpret and translate designs into detailed 3D models and documentation.
  • Perform clash detection and coordination with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design conflicts.
  • Generate shop drawings, schedules, and other deliverables directly from BIM models.
  • Update and maintain BIM models to reflect project changes and revisions.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, project standards, and BIM protocols.
  • Provide technical support and BIM-related insights to the design and project teams.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Diploma/Degree in related field.
  • Experience: 2 years of hands-on experience in BIM modeling for electrical but freshers can also apply.
  • Proficient in software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD.
  • Strong understanding of domain knowledge, space planning, and material specifications.
  • Knowledge of BIM coordination processes and clash detection tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Malaysian building codes and regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration in multidisciplinary environments.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of additional BIM tools or platforms is an advantage.
  • Certification in BIM modeling or related fields will be a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
