· Ordering Process - Assist in the processing of purchase orders based on requisitions from various departments and Ensure accuracy in order details, specifications, and delivery requirements.
· Vendor Communication - Communicate with vendors to obtain quotes, negotiate prices, and gather information on product availability and assist in building and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers
· Responsible to source – Participate in sourcing material and compare the price with more competitive in market trend
· Documentation - Maintain organized and up-to-date records of purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement-related documents and update in system
· Learn and Development - Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
· Communication - Communicate effectively with team members and other departments regarding procurement activities
· Quality Control Assistant - Assist in implementing and maintaining quality assurance processes.
· Carrying out any other duties – Follow and execute the duties and task delegated by team leader or superior from time to time
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
