- Recruit and onboard new specialists to join Beacon Hospital.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and processes for consultant recruitment and retention.
- Manage consultants' privilege procedures and maintain accurate consultant records in the database.
- Conduct market analysis and gather intelligence to support recruitment strategies.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals; ensure timely submission of daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Organize and coordinate medical affairs meetings, including virtual meetings.
- Collaborate with the Medical Affairs Manager to address clinician expectations and monitor revenue activities.
- Coordinate on-call schedules, activation of new doctors, and liaison with multi-stakeholders regarding clinician activity.
- Maintain and develop departmental records, ensuring confidentiality and an efficient filing system.
- Use critical thinking to resolve challenges with minimal supervision while adhering to timelines.
- Exhibit professionalism and strong interpersonal skills in interactions with clinicians and internal teams.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in report preparation, data management, and virtual meeting platforms.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a professional attitude.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail.
- Experience in healthcare administration or medical affairs is a plus.
