  • Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals; ensure timely submission of daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
  • Organize and coordinate medical affairs meetings, including virtual meetings.
  • Collaborate with the Medical Affairs Manager to address clinician expectations and monitor revenue activities.
  • Coordinate on-call schedules, activation of new doctors, and liaison with multi-stakeholders regarding clinician activity.
  • Maintain and develop departmental records, ensuring confidentiality and an efficient filing system.
  • Use critical thinking to resolve challenges with minimal supervision while adhering to timelines.
  • Exhibit professionalism and strong interpersonal skills in interactions with clinicians and internal teams.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in report preparation, data management, and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and a professional attitude.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail.
  • Experience in healthcare administration or medical affairs is a plus.
