Job description

To support in recovery to fulfill and optimise the recovery operations. Strive towards making a positive experience for our customers, so they will return and shop with us again over time. Use the IKEA tools and expertise of my colleagues to support you in achieving this.

  • Support the handling and administration of returned and transferred products with the objective being to minimise loss and maximise profit.
  • Carry out some IT data entry works documenting the returned products into appropriate bins.
  • Strive to minimise the financial loss of damaged in the store and try to maximise the financial recovery by repacking and moving goods back to stock or assemble, price and sell goods in the As-Is shop.
  • Assist Exchange & Return in sourcing of replacement part or missing parts.
  • To re-pack products meant for Back-To-Stock (BTS).
  • To assemble products for store themes in the store.
  • To handle quality claims of quality issues furniture.
  • To scrap quality claim furniture following strictly the procedures.
  • To print and stick As-Is price tags on the furniture for sale in As-Is shop.
  • To contribute to vitality and take part in in-store activities that are set with my manager.
