Assistant Planner Manager || F&B Industry || Gelang Patah

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer demand and forecasted orders.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery of finished goods.
• Maintain optimal levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods inventory to support production while minimizing excess stock.
• Monitor and manage stock inventory level.
• Analyze historical sales data and market trends to assist in accurate demand forecasting.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams including production, procurement, and quality control to ensure seamless operation of the supply chain.
• Work with the sales team to understand customer requirements and ensure that the production plan meets demand without overproduction.
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely dispatch of finished products to customers or retail outlets.
• Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, inventory levels, order status, and other key metrics.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in production planning, supply chain, or inventory management within the F&B industry.
• Understanding of food safety regulations and industry standards, such as HACCP, FSSC 22000, GMP, Halal Standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,800.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
