We are looking for a passionate and driven Human Resource Intern to join our team. This role provides exposure to various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative tasks, while developing real-world HR skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires, including document preparation and orientation scheduling.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Help organize training, team-building events, and company activities.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and documentation.
  • Manage correspondence related to HR inquiries and processes.
  • Participate in special HR projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with HR best practices and labor laws (preferred but not required).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information.
