Job Description
The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant will play a pivotal role in providing subject matter expertise and leadership in the development, configuration, and customization of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. This role involves active participation in the entire lifecycle of the project, from conceptual and detailed design to development, integration, and migration. You will be responsible for the technical design and implementation of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Platform solutions, ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with client needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide expert guidance and consultation on Microsoft Dynamics CRM, focusing on its technical aspects.
- Participate in the design process by creating and reviewing the Conceptual Design, Detailed Design, and estimations.
- Lead the configuration and customization of Microsoft Dynamics CRM functionalities within Dynamics 365 CE, ensuring the solution meets the client’s requirements.
- Implement integration strategies and oversee the migration process to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
- Actively contribute to the development of the solution, leveraging tools such as JavaScript, Plugins, Power Automate, PowerBI, and other Microsoft technologies.
- Ensure the successful delivery of projects by utilizing your expertise in Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and other related technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality, and best practices.
Skill Set
Technical Skills:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales & Service): Proficient in customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 CE to meet business requirements.
- Power Platform: Skilled in working with PowerApps (Model Driven, Canvas, and Custom Pages), Power Automate, and Power BI for creating custom solutions and automating processes.
- SharePoint & Azure DevOps: Experienced in utilizing SharePoint for collaboration and Azure DevOps for managing project workflows.
- JavaScript & Plugins: Expertise in writing custom JavaScript and developing Plugins to enhance Dynamics 365 functionality.
- HTML5 & CSS: Knowledge of front-end technologies for customizing user interfaces and creating responsive forms.
- PCF (PowerApps Component Framework): Skilled in using PCF to build reusable and configurable components for PowerApps.
- C#: Experience in developing and customizing solutions with C# for backend development.
- JSON: Understanding of JSON for data exchange and integrations between systems.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM15,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
