  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

Job Description:

  • Involving in sales and marketing activities for sub-sales properties.
  • Execute online marketing strategies for business growth.
  • Engage and reach out to prospects (clients, owners, etc.) via multiple channels.
  • Arrange appointments to meet, present and negotiate with potential clients.
  • Ensure consistent follow ups with potential clients.
  • Maintain organized record system for admin and confidential matters.
  • Other ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements:

  • The candidate must possess a Diploma / Degree in Real Estate / Business / Marketing / relevant.
  • Proactive, hardworking, positive working attitude, and results oriented.
  • Outgoing, cheerful personality, and comfortable talking with people.
  • Fluent in Mandarin is an added advantage to communicate with Mandarin speaker client.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Duration of internship period minimum 3 months and last semester student.
  • Candidate must possess laptop and smartphone. Posses own transport will be advantageous.
