Job Summary: The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews, negotiating job offers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment processes and a proven track record of success in identifying and attracting high-quality candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates using a variety of channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates’ qualifications.
  • Coordinate and participate in interviews with hiring managers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and advertisements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.
  • Manage candidate tracking and applicant database systems.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the hiring manager on recruiting activities and metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
