Job Summary: The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews, negotiating job offers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment processes and a proven track record of success in identifying and attracting high-quality candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates using a variety of channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates’ qualifications.
- Coordinate and participate in interviews with hiring managers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and advertisements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.
- Manage candidate tracking and applicant database systems.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the hiring manager on recruiting activities and metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
