Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing roles, with at least 2 years in brand management and/or partnership development, preferably within the SaaS or technology sector.
- Skills:
- Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent analytical abilities with experience in market research and data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Mandarin is required. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Integrated Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that encompass digital, content, and traditional marketing channels to enhance brand visibility and drive customer acquisition.
- Brand Management: Oversee brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistency across all platforms and communications, aligning with TradeInt.com's global brand strategy.
- Partnership Development: Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with local businesses, trade associations, and other relevant stakeholders to expand market reach and create mutually beneficial opportunities.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand local industry trends, customer behaviours, and competitive landscapes, utilizing insights to inform marketing strategies and partnership opportunities.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns, ensuring they are tailored to the Malaysian market and effectively promote TradeInt.com's services.
- Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs and utilize analytics tools to measure the success of marketing initiatives and partnerships, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and ops teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives and customer needs.

Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Regional Digital Marketing Manager to lead our 360 marketing initiatives and drive brand growth in ASEAN. This hybrid role combines the responsibilities of a Brand Manager with Partnerships experience, focusing on developing and executing integrated marketing strategies, enhancing brand presence, and establishing strategic partnerships to accelerate market penetration.

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
