  • Diploma or Degree holder in Hotel Management or any other equivalent.
  • Customer oriented with strong leadership skill.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill.
  • Team Player and must be self-motivated and result oriented.
  • Computer literate and able to work independently.
  • Committed, dedicated and high job responsibility.

Job Responsibilities:

· To be responsible to ensure all reservations queries are replies within 24 hours, and phone calls answered within 3 rings with proper phone etiquette.

· To provide excellent guest service and obtain optimum satisfaction.

· To establish and maintain high quality standard of work performance (including accuracy of data entry), and ensure SOP and policies are being followed through by the department at all times.

· To coordinate and liaise closely with relevant supporting departments for all pertinent and special request on each booking.

· To keep informed on all relevant stakeholders of any VIP, or any unusual information on booking received.

· To be responsible to sell hotel rooms and make reservations in accordance to room availability and restriction / selling strategies set.

· Able to suggest upsell opportunity for all revenue avenues to meet hotel target, and ensure all hotel promotions information is well aware at all times.

· To ensure business development individual follows its attrition/ terms and conditions on any release of groups/ rooms.

· To ensure that an organised and efficient filing system is implemented for the department.

· To ensure that all guest information and documents are being handled in a proper manner to protect the confidentiality of guest information.

· To ensure that guest’s room number is not given to unauthorised person as to ensure maximum security for the in-house guests.

· Able to propose and initiate better procedures of performing operation tasks and enhance Hotel revenue.

· Able to support any changes made / Reservations function as dictated by the industry, company and hotel.

· To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month

  • OPERA system: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
