Responsibility
Team Leadership:
- Lead, inspire, and manage a team of sales representatives.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to enhance team members' skills and capabilities.
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Work closely with sales management to devise effective sales strategies and objectives.
- Assist in setting sales targets and quotas for the team.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and address potential challenges.
Sales Execution:
- Lead by example in prospecting, presenting, and closing sales opportunities.
- Support team members in lead generation, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.
- Address and resolve escalated customer issues promptly and effectively.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Monitor and evaluate team performance against established targets and KPIs.
- Set clear performance expectations and goals for the team.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on sales metrics, trends, and achievements to senior management.
- Identify areas for improvement and propose actionable solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align strategies and deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Serve as a communication bridge between the sales team and other departments to ensure effective collaboration and coordination.
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in Corporate Sales and B2B, with a strong record of consistently achieving and surpassing targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an advertising agency (preferred), with 3–5 years in a leadership role such as Sales Manager or Supervisor.
- Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia is highly advantageous, enabling effective engagement with a broader audience.

- Google Tools & SEO/SEM: Skilled in SEMRush, Google Trends, Tag Manager, Search Console, My Business, and Analytics.
- Reporting Tools: Proficient in Google Looker Studio, SEMRush, and SE Ranking for data reporting and analysis.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to RM10,000.00 per month
