Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition

  • Assist in creating and posting job advertisements across various platforms.
  • Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Maintain candidate databases and provide timely feedback to applicants.
  • Support onboarding processes, including documentation and induction programs.

2. Payroll Processes

  • Collect and verify employee attendance, leave, and overtime records.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of payroll in coordination with the finance team.
  • Address employee inquiries related to salary, benefits, and deductions.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in managing payroll data.

3. Staff Performance Management

  • Assist in tracking and documenting employee performance appraisals.
  • Support the implementation of performance improvement plans.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and productivity.
  • Provide data and reports to managers for informed decision-making regarding staff performance.

4. Misconduct Matters

  • Support investigations into workplace misconduct or grievances, ensuring fairness and compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of disciplinary actions.
  • Assist in implementing corrective measures and follow-up actions.
  • Promote a positive and respectful work environment by reinforcing organizational values.

5. HR Administrative Matters

  • Prepare and manage HR documentation, including employment contracts, offer letters, and other related documents.
  • Draft, issue, and track all HR-related letters such as confirmation, promotion, transfer, warning, or termination letters.
  • Ensure all employee records are up to date and maintained in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Assist in maintaining and improving HR filing systems and databases.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR role or internship.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, policies, and labor laws.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
