Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition
- Assist in creating and posting job advertisements across various platforms.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Maintain candidate databases and provide timely feedback to applicants.
- Support onboarding processes, including documentation and induction programs.
2. Payroll Processes
- Collect and verify employee attendance, leave, and overtime records.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of payroll in coordination with the finance team.
- Address employee inquiries related to salary, benefits, and deductions.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in managing payroll data.
3. Staff Performance Management
- Assist in tracking and documenting employee performance appraisals.
- Support the implementation of performance improvement plans.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and productivity.
- Provide data and reports to managers for informed decision-making regarding staff performance.
4. Misconduct Matters
- Support investigations into workplace misconduct or grievances, ensuring fairness and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of disciplinary actions.
- Assist in implementing corrective measures and follow-up actions.
- Promote a positive and respectful work environment by reinforcing organizational values.
5. HR Administrative Matters
- Prepare and manage HR documentation, including employment contracts, offer letters, and other related documents.
- Draft, issue, and track all HR-related letters such as confirmation, promotion, transfer, warning, or termination letters.
- Ensure all employee records are up to date and maintained in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist in maintaining and improving HR filing systems and databases.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR role or internship.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, policies, and labor laws.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
