Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute recruitment strategies including post job advertisements on various platforms.
2. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and coordinate interviews with departments.
3. Manage job offer, salary negotiation, in drafting and updating HR-related policies, employment contracts and etc.
4. Promote employer branding through social media and events.
5. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
6. Any other relevant task.
Qualifications:
- Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum one years of recruitment or HR experience.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in recruitment platforms and tools.
- Knowledge of labor laws and hiring regulations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
