We are seeking an experienced Human Resource and Administration Manager to oversee the management of local and foreign staff.   • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in HR and administrative management.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws, immigration procedures, and compliance requirements.

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Fluency in Mandarin & English is required (spoken and written).
