Job Summary:
We are SummitNext Technologies Sdn. Bhd, a BPO and Technology Solutions provider located in Selangor, where innovation meets excellence.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Administrator with a strong background in scorecard management. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Word and Excel, to support our account management processes and analytics. Familiarity with CRM systems, specifically NetSuite, is highly advantageous, as this role will involve managing customer data and performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Administration
Support account management activities to ensure smooth operations and effective communication with clients.
Maintain and update client records and documentation within the system.
Coordinate account-related inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
- Scorecard Management
Entry, maintain, and report scorecards to evaluate account performance metrics and KPIs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align scorecard metrics with organizational goals.
- Data Management and Reporting
Able to utilize Microsoft Excel to create and entry spreadsheets, pivot tables, and charts to visualize data.
Draft and format documents in excel, proposals, and reports using Microsoft Word, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
Able to use Team and do minutes.
CRM ManagementAssist in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of customer data within the NetSuite CRM.
Provide training and support to team members on using NetSuite effectively.
Implement best practices for data entry and management to enhance user experience and report accuracy.
- Collaboration and Communication
Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless account transitions and coordination.
Present findings from scorecard analyses in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning discussions.
Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft 365, with advanced skills in Excel and Word.
Familiarity with NetSuite or other CRM systems preferred.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make actionable recommendations.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
