Responsibilities:

Work and support with your team leader to develop and implement marketing strategies to grow this business unit.
Able to pitch to customers and do sales closing processes.
Build good relationship with customers and ensure fulfilment been delivered.
Strong follow up with prospects to get the sales.
Connect with suppliers and hotels to organise high quality events and workshops.
Manage all stages of the event management.
Provide support and work closely with speakers, trainers and coaches to ensure events are delivered to company’s standard and client’s satisfaction.
Provide customer support for pre-event and post-event related activities.
Responsible for achieving individual and team performance KPIs, goals and targets.
Prepare regular reporting on activities, achievements and results to the management.

Requirements:

Strong communication skills in written & spoken in English. Mandarin will be an added advantage

Diploma in Business Management, Marketing or relevant disciplines.
Minimum 2 years in marketing, event or related experience.
Experience in training industry is an added advantage.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications; Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, HTML / CSS is a plus point.
Must possess own transport.
Willing to travel, work on weekends and long hours when required.
