Human Resources Executive

On behalf of our client, Rassalab Global Sdn Bhd, we are looking for a committed and detail-oriented Human Resource Executive to join their team. This position involves overseeing HR functions, ensuring adherence to company policies, and cultivating a positive workplace environment. The selected candidate will be instrumental in managing recruitment processes, enhancing employee engagement, and handling HR operations effectively.

Working Hours:

• Monday & Friday - 9.00 am to 7.00 pm
• Tuesday to Thursday - 9.00 am to 6.00 pm

Location: No. 11, Jalan Bestari 3A/Ku7, Taman Perindustrian Kapar Bestari, 42200 Kapar, Selangor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the full cycle of recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.
• Coordinate and conduct employee training, development programs, and performance evaluations.
• Address employee relations issues and provide guidance to management on HR matters.
• Organize and execute employee engagement and team-building activities.
• Act as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
• High level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Prior experience in an HR role is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
