Supervise and handle the whole spectrum of company HR and Admin matters
- Monthly payroll including others statutory payments and claims.
- Recruitment and new employee induction.
- Manpower planning and training needs assessment.
- Handling and resolving of disciplinary cases, conflicts feedback and complaints.
- Responsible for strategic planning of HR initiatives, compensation and benefits recommendation.
- Responsible in developing, executing and implementing of the company policies and procedures.
- Handling of work permits and employment passes for foreign workers.
- Manage evaluation process and bonus calculation.
- Maintenance of record, documentation and filing.
- Responsible for company admin’s task
- Flexible to take up ad-hoc task if necessary
As long you:
- Have 2 year working experience as human resources generalist
- Know how to deal with details, arrange work and deal with problems
- Are diligent and self-motivated
- Are passionate about work
- Have good attitude and communication skills
- Have a sense of responsibility, be spontaneous.
- Work in precision and well organised manner
- Computer proficient.
- Familiar with Employment Act 1955
