Production Technician (Post Plating)

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production to ensure meeting the daily output target. Lead the team achieving the monthly target and billing.
• Perform and assist the routine preventive maintenance job
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions and production issues, including the tooling issues.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, process checking, production maintenance work
• Adhere to environmental regulations and company policies regarding waste management and handling of hazardous materials
• Follow all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
• Work closely with other technicians, supervisors, and team members to achieve production targets
• Ready to adequate additional skills, to be multi tasking supporting other area.

Requirement

• Minimum SKM or Diploma in Engineering any related field, preerable mechanical and electrical.
• Experience in any manufacturing field, involving in process, hands on in any machine type. Advantage if experience in Stamping process.
• Able to work in shift pattern, day and night.
• Able to work with heavy equipment involving object lifting etc.
• Voluntarily to accept the challenge and adequate own skill with multiple tasks.
• Have vision and commitment to grow with the company for long periods.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

Education:

• Malaysian Special Skills Certificate (Preferred)

Experience:

• Manufacturing: 2 years (Preferred)
• Production Machine: 2 years (Preferred)
