Responsibility

We are seeking a results-driven leader to manage the day-to-day activities of our Customer Support team and motivate them within an operations and support environment. This highly customer-oriented, fast-paced, and people-focused role aims to provide and support customers, ensuring they receive their solutions 100% on time and in-full. The role also involves actively reviewing, identifying, reporting and escalating any potential performance-related improvements to the Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage closely with business partners and/or superiors on complaints or escalation received.
  • Interface with customers, suppliers, and internal teams on project requirements and objectives.
  • Manage daily operations to ensure operational efficiency meets targets.
  • Correspond and collaborate with business partners and superiors on clarifications, inquiries on cases, escalations, and /or any received customer complaints.
  • Ensure and maintain the team's motivation, quality, turnaround time, productivity, and benchmarks at a good standard.
  • Evaluate, compile and prepare weekly and monthly customer complaint reports.
  • Troubleshoot compliance issues related to sanitaryware, smart toilet products, and water dispenser products.
  • Support sales team on product technical information, sample board and setup of mock-up sample at client's office.
  • Provide technical product briefing and demo to internal team member as well as client.

Requirements

  • Min 3 years of working experience in supporting customer complaints.
  • Wide exposure to plastic manufacturing, especially in kitchen and bathroom products.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CAD or SolidWorks (Component Design)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,400.00 per month

  • Kajang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Technical Support: 2 years (Preferred)
  • CAD: 2 years (Preferred)
