The Marketing Manager reporting directly to the Head of Hospitality, this role focuses on maximizing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, optimizing customer acquisition efforts, and enhancing brand visibility across various channels.
Assist with the Social Media Strategy – for venue accounts assigned by Direct Supervisors (DS):
- Develop and plan social media calendar
- Prepare social media calendar to present to DS for approval
- Initiate and create content and ensure regular
- Timely and regular postings using pre-planned social media calendar
- Ensure all public content is accurate and proof-read for errors
- Implement growth strategies
Brand Development – for venues assigned by Direct Supervisors:
- Take initiative and oversee brand development for venues assigned by Direct Supervisors
- Actively participate in all brands’ development strategies
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote offerings by outlets
- Creating content for company’s brand development and for HR purposes
- Research and develop promotional campaigns
- Liaise closely with Graphic Designs to develop marketing collateral
- Identify key marketing channels to disseminate the information in a timely manner
Public Relations
- Assist to coordinate and host relations with media such as through media tastings
- Identify, make contact, and build relationships with relevant media
Manager Supplier Relationships & Matters
- Closely liaise with relevant suppliers such as printers to ensure timely and quality delivery
- Oversee the manufacturing and production of requirement procurements requested by Marketing Team
- Manage the quotations and ensure details/billing information is accurate
- Manage supplier relationship
Conduct market research including:
- Identifying and evaluating relevant competitors
- Analyse new trends in digital marketing
- Compile data and report as required
- Evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments such as mobile marketing
- Assist with the Events Department as required to perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Direct Superiors.
- Cover duties of Marketing team members in times of their absence where necessary and directed by the Direct Superiors.
