Job Vacancy: Customer Service Representative
Location: Zara Awliya M Sdn Bhd
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via chat, phone & email.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide detailed information about products and services.
- Accurately document customer interactions and escalate issues to relevant departments when necessary.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and provide feedback for service improvements.
- Stay updated on company policies, product knowledge, and any changes to services or procedures.
- Meet individual and team performance targets, including response times and customer satisfaction metrics.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
