General Clerk We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and detail-oriented General Clerk to join our frozen food manufacturing team. This position requires an individual with excellent multitasking and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently. Responsibilities: • Assisting customers with inquiries, orders, and other related requests. • Maintaining and updating customer records. • Inputting orders into the company database. • Answering phone calls and emails. • Preparing and sending out invoices and order confirmations. • Maintaining inventory levels and ordering supplies. • Assisting with the daily operations of the warehouse and production areas. • Filing documents and creating reports. Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Previous experience in the food industry or customer service is preferred. • Excellent organizational and communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
