Responsibilities: • Responsible for the clerical, data management and administrative tasks in the academic or administrative department. • Building a high quality talent pool of candidates for all staff levels; • Identifying qualified candidates suitable to the manpower needs by working closely with the head of department and allocation team; • Managing the recruitment process including coordinating interviews and facilitating the interview sessions and negotiations; • Liaising with headhunters and recruitment agencies when required; • Prepare interview reports for management for hiring decision; • Keeping track of the recruitment outcomes, updating the HR database and personal records; • Update recruitment reports and vacancy list in a timely manner; • Draft and prepare job advertisements posting; • Other tasks as and when required. Requirements: • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Office Administration or Secretarial or equivalent. • Preferably at least 3 years’ experience in HR /Administrative Support/ Academic administrator in the education industry. • Systematic and resourceful with strong analytical skills. • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided. • Excellent communication & written skills in English& able converse and understand Mandarin is an added advantage • Excellent verbal & written skills in English. • Outgoing and confident personality. • Meticulous and ability to perform job with accuracy • Demonstrate in good interpersonal, analytical and problem solving • Abilities to think innovatively and look for out-of-the-box • A fast learner and able to work in fast paced environments
