QUANTITY SURVEYOR

 To vet through incoming tenders and note down tender due to date, project star and end date, tender submission instruction/ requirement and mode of submission.  To prepare document for tender participate (ie. Fill up participation form, request tender document fee and other document from respective department.  To arrange site visit, providing logistic equipment (ie. Vehicles, accommodation, allowance and etc). Provide necessary documents such as letter of authorization and company’s licenses for site and visit and purchase of document’s tender.  To assist on preparing sub-contract tender documents for calling tenders to sub-contractors including photocopier of tender documents and typing BQ.  Compile necessary supporting documents including complete necessary form for the purpose of submission of tender and pre-qualification tender.  Extract BQ and drawings by trade and request quotation from sub-contractor and suppliers.  To ensure that tender submission is standardized in terms of format with customer’s tender requirement.  To prepare and update report on projects for MCM and others meeting.  Typing letters and correspondences to clients, sub-contractors and suppliers including prepare Certificate of Partial Occupation (CPO), Certificate of Practical Completion (CPC), Certificate of Making Good Defect (CMGD) to sub-contractors after received the CPO/CPC/CMGD from client.  To update database costing for material price.  Other task assigns from time to time.
