  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  • Call respondents and conduct structured interviews based on provided scripts.
  • Accurately record responses in the system.
  • Ensure a professional and courteous approach during all calls.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Good communication and listening skills.
  • Basic computer literacy to input data.
  • Previous experience in customer service or market research is an advantage but not mandatory.
